Calypso Reef Cruises in Port Douglas operates 'Pure Dive', a 21.5 metre vessel designed specifically for serious divers. The custom designed vessel travels to exclusive and pristine dive sites north of Port Douglas. The catamaran caters for up to 25 guests and travels at 25 knots.

Designed by both Newwave Catamarans and the owner Graham Jones, it is built with comfort and cruising speed in mind. New and innovative hulls have been created that allow for a comfortable trip at high speed to the very outer Great Barrier Reef.

Our dive instructors will show you three unique dive sites and provide the latest scuba gear for your comfort and safety. With visibility between 15m to 30m and water temperatures of 24C to 30C, diving conditions from Port Douglas are great all year round.

Pure Dive provides a personalised dive experience whether you are an Introductory or Certified diver. A tropical buffet lunch, morning and afternoon tea are included. For ease of entry there is a large open plan dive deck, plus foredeck and top deck.
